Day 01 Kathmandu-Lukla (2020 m). Fly Kathmandu - Lukla. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Lukla Hotel.

Day 02 Lukla-Phakding (2652 m). After breakfast, trek begins. First day destination in Phakding, which is an easy walk 5 to 6 hours away. Night camping at Phakding.

Day 03 Phakding - Namche Bazaar (3440 m). After breakfast, trek along the riverbank, crossing it at different points, after which a steep ascent of about 325 meters will bring you to Namche Bazaar for the night camp. Total trekking hours will be 5.5 hours. This stop is necessary for acclimatization.

Day 04 Namche Bazaar Rest, breakfast, lunch and dinner at the camp.

Day 05 Namche Bazaar - Khumjung (3790 m). After breakfast, encircle the Shyangboche spur high above the bank of the Dudhkoshi and ascend to Khumjung fo night camping. Total trekking time will be approximately 5 to 6 hours. This will be the second night acclimatization.

Day 06 Khumjung-Thyangboche (3867 m). After breakfast, descend gradually on Phungi Tenga. The trail becomes quite steep up to Thyangboche Monastery. Camp on the monastery grounds.

Day 07 Thyangboche - Pheriche (4243 m). After breakfast, start walking to Pheriche valley. The trail gradually descends to Imja Khola, passes by the Buddhist nunnery of Deboche, and then ascends gradually to Pangboche before entering the broad valley of Pheriche for the night.

Day 08 Pheriche-Gorakshep (5160 m). After breakfast, walk on flatlands along the bank of the Tsola River until reaching Khumbu glacier. A short climb and a walk beside the glacier moraine brings one to Lobuche. Night camping is at Gorakshep about 2 hours further.

Day 09 Gorakshep-Kalapathar (5545 m)- Gorakshep. After breakfast, ascend to Kalapathar to get a panoramic view of the magnificent Everest and surrounding peaks. Those who have time can visit Everest Base Camp ( about 2 hours away from Gorakshep) and return by night.

Day 10 Gorakshep (5160 m). Rest.

Day 11 Gorakshep- Pheriche (4243 m). Return trek to Pheriche from Gorakshep on the trail described for Day 08.

Day 12 Pheriche- Thyangboche (3867 m). Return trek to Thyangboche from Pheriche on the trail described for Day 07.

Day 13 Thyangboche - Shyangboche (3760 m). After breakfast, descend to Phungi Tenga, ascend to Khumjung, and further to Shyangboche, wherre camp is made for the night.

Day 14 Shyangboche - Namche Bazaar (2030 m). After breakfst, descend to Namche Bazaar and spend the rest of the day walking around Namche, the Sherpa capital. Night camp at Namche Bazaar.

Day 15 Namche Bazaar (2030 m). After breakfast, descend to the Hillary Bridge and trek to Ghat through to Lukla for night camping.

Day 16 Lukla (2020 m). After breakfast, ascend gradually to Lukla for night camping.

Day 17 Lukla - Kathmandu. After breakfast, take a flight to Kathmandu from Lukla.

Day 01 Kathmandu-Pokhara -Hyangja (1097 m). Fly Kathmandu - Pokhara. Lunch at Pokhara. After lunch, walk for about 2 hours to Hyangja where you stop for the night.

Day 02 Hyangja - Dhampus (1799 m). Reach Dhampus after a 6-hour trek from Hyangja. The trail leads you to the nort of Pokhara Valley. Night camp at Dhampus.

Day 03 Dhampus-Ghandrung (1920 m). It is approximately a 6-hour trek from Dhampus to Ghandrung. The trail goes through a thick forest and descends to the Modi River, before continuing to the night camp at Ghandrung.

Day 04 Ghandrung - Chomrung (1951 m). It takes approximately 6 to 7 hours to trek from Ghandrung to Chomrung. The trail goes to the top of the ridge and then descends through the forest to Chomrung for the night camp.

Day 05 Chomrung - Bamboo forest (2700 m). Bamboo forest is nearly 6 hours from Chomrung. The trail goes along the Modi River valley through the beautiful bamboo forest.

Day 06 Bamboo Forest - Hinko Cave (3041 m). the walk to Hinko Cave takes approximately 6 hours. The trail ascends steeply, leaving the treeline behind, and going along the Modi River. Night camp at Hinko Cave.

Day 07 Hinko Cave - Annapurna Base Camp (3900 m). Annapurna Base Camp is approximately 6 hours trek from Hinko Cave. The high summits are visible more frequently today, and as one moves into the sanctuary itself, the views are incredible.

Day 08 Annapurna Base Camp (3900 m). A day of rest.

Day 09 Annapurna Base Camp. Kuldighat 92377 m). Approximately a 6-hour trek. The trail gradually descends to the Modi River. Night camp at Kuldighat.

Day 10 Kuldighat - Ghandrung (1920 m). Nearly a 6-hour trek. The trail descends to the treeline. For those interested in flora and fauna, today will be interesting. Night camp at Ghandrung.

Day 11 Ghandrung - Overpass (1951 m). Approximately a 6-hour trek from Ghandrung to Overpass. The trail goes through rhododendron forest. Night camp at Overpass.

Day 12 Overpass - Tikhedhunga (1439 m). Approximately a 5 to 6 hours trek from Overpas to Tikhedhunga. The trail descends for about an hour to Ghorepani and continues down to Tikhedhunga. Night camp at Tikhedhunga.

Day 13 Tikhedhunga - Naudara (1424 m). Approximately a 5 to 6 - hour trek. The trail descends rapidly to the Modi River and then climbs to Chandrakot from the Modi River. After this slightly steep clim, it si an easy walk to Naudara for the night camp.

Day 14 Naudara - Pokhara (915 m). Approximately a 4-hour trek from Naudara to Pokhara. The trail descends south from Kaski ridge. Night camp at Phewa Lakeside.

Day 15 After breakfast, fly to Kathmandu.

Day 01 Kathmandu - Besisahar (823 m). After breakfast, drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, which takes about 8 hours. Lunch will be served at Dumre. The condition of the road from Dumre. The condition of the road from Dumre to Besisahar is a bit rough. Night camp at Besisahar.

Day 02 Besisahar - Ngatti (890 m). After breakfast, walk along the bank of the Marshyangdi River. You will have to cross the river to reach a small village called Bulbule. Night stop at Ngatti.

Day 03 Ngatti - Jagat (1314 m). After breakfast, descend for about 2-1/2 hours to reach Sange. At Sange, cross the Marshyangdi River by suspension bridge. Lunch will be served at Sange. After lunch, the trail will gradually ascend to Jagat for night camp.

Day 04 Jagat - Dharapani (2713 m). After breakfast, walk along level ground for about an hour to reach Chame, then, walk through the forest and ascend to reach Dharapani (2713 m) for night camp.

Day 05 Dharapani - Chame (2713 m). After breakfast, start your trek from Dharapani. The trail goes west, with Mount Manaslu forming a splendid backdrop and Annapurna I appearing occasionally to the south. you will continue your trek through a pine and fir forest and the hamlets of Charku, Shangje and Kuparkoda. As you continue on to your campsite, views of the Annapurna improve dramatically.

Day 06 Chame - Pisang (3185 m). After breakfast, the trek goes along a river that has to be crossed several times through out the day. Arriving at the top of a ridge, you glimpse the first views of Manang valley, a wide U-shaped valley hanging between two lines of snow praks. Night camp will be at Pisang.

Day 07 Pisang (3185 m). Rest day.

Day 08 Pisang - Manang (3351 m). After breakfast, start your trek from Pisang to Manang. This is an easy trail on flatland, till you reach Manang for night camp.

Day 09 Manang - Ledder (3900 m). The trail of the day gradually climbs upwards passing through small hamlets and the villages of Tengi, Kutsuan and Gumsang, up to settlement of Ledder.

Day 10 Ledder - Thorong Phedi (4510 m). The day's trekking climbs up above the vegetation area where you can see a few people of Tibetan origin living in tents. Night camp will be at the bottom of Thorong Pass (5415 m) at Thorong Phedi.

Day 11 Thorong Phedi - Muktinath 93802 m). This is the hardest day of trek. Start walking very early in the morning at least at about 3 a.m. The trail climbs up to Thorong la (pass), which takes about 4 hours to reach. Ther may be some difficulties while crossing the pass due to stone slides. From this pass, you get a magnificient view of the great Himalayan divide. Packed breakfast and lunch will be taken, as there will be no time to prepare them on the way. After crossing Thorong Pass, you will descend to Muktinath for the night.

Day 12 Muktinath - Marpha (2667 m). After breakfast, start descending to Marpha via Jomsom. This is a very busy trail, on which you will see pilgrims coming to pay homage to Lord Muktinath, as well as foreign tourists coming to see the famous temple. Night camp will be at Marpha.

Day 13 Marpha - Ghasa (2012 m). Walk to Lete passing Thakali villages on the way. The Thakalis are the dominant tribe of this area. They are a very friendly people. From Lete, walk through an alpine forest to Ghasa. Here the landscape contrasts sharply with the arid desert you walked through earlier. you will center the deepest gorge in the world, created by Annapurna Mountain, to the east, and Dhaulagiri Mountain, to the west.

Day 14 Ghasa - Tatopani (1189 m). The trail leads downhill from Ghasa to Tatopani. The view of Annapurna will be magnificent throughout the trek. Night camp will be at Tatopani.

Day 15 Tatopan - Ghorepani (2855 m). Gradually climb all day, leaving behind the trraced fields, and enter a thick forest at Ghorepani. Ghorepani is noted for both it sunsets and sunrises, which show the mountains at their best.

Day 16 Ghorepani - Ghandruk (1920 m). If interested in viewing the sunrise from Poon Hill, an early start is required. From this point, you will have the vest views of the sunrise over the Himalaya. After breakfast, the day involves a series of climbs and descents through dense forest till you reach your night campsite at Ghandruk.

Day 17 Ghandruk - Pokhara (935 m). After breakfast, you will start your trek descending to Birethanti. Lunch will be served on the riverside. After lunch, there will be rest time followed by a 2-hour drive to Pokhara. Night accommodation in a hotel.

Day 18 Pokhara - Kathmandu. After breakfast, transfer to the airport in time for your flight to Kathmandu.
