Climate ( General )

Spring ( March, April, May ): The best time of the year, with blue skies and lots of greenery. Summer (June, July, August): Pleasant temperatures, but oftern wet because it is the monsoon season. Autumn ( September, October, November ): Alot like spring weather, but a little warmer temperature. Winter (December, January, February): Cold temperatures that can drop below zero. Daytime weather is pleasant, with clear blue skies.

Temperatures in the valleys are as follows: From November to March, sunny days range from 16-18 Degree Celcius, and night time temperatures are below 0 Degree Celcius, From mid-March to early-June, the temperature is usually between 18-19 Degree Celcius. From late-June to early November, daytime temperatures are usually between 16-24 Degree Celcius, and nighttime temperatures are cold.

Clothing & Accessories

During the winter and early spring (December - March), warm clothing is needed. In the warmer season, (April-November), lighter clothes are needed. For all seasons, We recommend that you bring a jacket and a warm pullover. We also recommend that you bring the following items: comfortable walking shoes, shirts, trousers and skirts, sweaters, jackets, long johns, socks, sleeping bag, dust mask, sun hat, sun glasses, suntan lotion, utility knife, flashlight, water bottle / thermos ( at least one liter), water purification tablets, toilet paper, tissue and whatever medicine you typically use (headache, fever, colds, stomach disorder, pain killers, etc)

Krishna International Travels & Tours puts maximum efforts into providing you with a smooth and pleasant journey. However, all of the tours in Bhutan are strictly governed by the rules of the Tourism Authority of Bhutan. Therefore, Krishna International Travels & Tours will not be held responsible for any changes or alterations in your itinerary due to reasons beyond its control such as blocked roads, snow, unrest, landslides, cancellation of flights, floods, delayed arrival of clients, sickness or accidents. Furthermore, any extra costs incurred thereof must be paid immediately by the client. We assume no responsibility for changes in the printed itinerary and its duration, transport methods, loss of luggage or belongings, or changes of hotel. Insurance against accidents,injuries, sickness, evacuation (in case of need), or trip cancellation is not included in the cost.

Note: It is possible to come overland through India for these tours. If any member of the group would like to do so, add and extra two days for entry and exit via Phutsholing, the border town. At least two weeks advance notice must be given to process transit visas. Minimum 4 persons required for Bhutan combined Tours.
